ECom has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, which shows our commitment to giving our customers the best possible experience. We continually assess our procedures to make sure we are performing at a consistently high level. We want our clients always to receive the quality service they've come to expect of us.

Confidentiality

Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies to banks to government agencies, so we understand the need for confidentiality. All our staff have signed confidentiality agreements and Criminal Records Bureau checks are undertaken when appropriate.

Security

When you leave a document in our care we look after it as carefully as you would. We have a number of measures in place, including restricted access, CCTV, dedicated security hardware and security policies.
